Ah - glad to hear that Brits resident in the UK failed it too!

Hehehe! It certainly stirs up a bit of grrrrr doesn't it?! I wonder if we all signed a petition if it would matter at all to Those Who Make the Test... No, probably not.

I'm gonna have to take it for real... not looking forward to that!

Yeah - for those of us who already have citizenship, it's just funny - but it's not funny at all if you actually need to pass the test!

I think most of my American friends would have passed the citizenship test I had to take here (just 10 questions at my final interview.) More than one did answer "A ship in Boston Harbor" when I asked them "What is the Constitution?" but I think they were joking! At least the answers are very clearly right or wrong though, unlike on a recent test I had to take for work where the answers were extremely subjective.

I suppose as long as you passed the US one, you're good. I've taken the UK practice test several times and failed, but I haven't started studying my book yet. Only 15 more months to take it, I better get studying!

Holy crap. Me too. It was really hard. My dad would be mortified. I am never going to tell him.

Well I really did fail - I couldn't even open the darn file. Just kept being sent back to the same page.

Mr. Smarty pants from the UK smugly let me get flustered and, even more smugly, provided the "correct answers" ... he failed!
