You Belong in London |
A little old fashioned, and a little modern. A little traditional, and a little bit punk rock. A unique soul like you needs a city that offers everything. No wonder you and London will get along so well. |

Looks an interesting survey - I'm off to find out where I belong . I expect it's somewhere hot and sunny!
Time to think about moving? Or are you like me and locked into the school thing? We have decided that we might move when the older two are out of high school (6.5 years) and before the little on gets locked into middle school. Now all we have to do is think of somewhere, but I doubt we will be able to afford London by then.
The kids are still little enough that changing schools wouldn't be a problem. There's family here in the US to think about, the trouble it would be to get jobs in the UK - and then wondering how on earth we would ever afford to live over there. DD has already expressed a desire to live in the UK - but it may be that we end up sending her to relatives for a while . . . When she's a teenager perhaps? ;-)
If ever we win the lottery and employment is no longer an issue, we can see ourselves commuting back and forth.
I loved my time in London, but I'm happy to be a Melburnian.
It says I belong in Paris.
Yeah. Right.
Apparently I belong in London too - and I swear I was being honest!
I would love to live back in the UK (like ExpatMum, when the creature is a little older), but London not so much. Give me wild and woolly Yorkshire any day - or Cornwall for my surfer husband!
