. . . is nearly ready. And , yes, it includes green bean casserole (as discussed in the comments over at Pond Parleys) because my father-in-law likes it! DD has already announced her intention not to eat it! I'd like it better without the fried onions on top. Happy Thanksgiving!

Yum. Can you lay an extra place? I'm coming on over!
You would've been very welcome! There was more than enough food to share Rosiero! Each of those twice-baked potatoes was a meal in itself! The turkey was stuffed with lemons and rosemary - yummy! There was stuffing, and baked squash (with apples, spices and maple syrup.) And there's plenty of green bean casserole left!
And all I did was buy the pies for dessert, set the table and pour the drinks!
Looks delicious - hope you had a wonderful time.
Ha ha. What a palaver eh? We had a lovely meal too without the GB casserole and without brussels sprouts. The Ball & Chain is still going nuts in the kitchen, currently making Delia's chocolate bread and butter pudding. A mid life crisis, I think.
Ah, to have an oven that you can put more than one small item in! I am jealous! I miss my old oven.
Can I have the recipe for the twice cooked potatoes they look yummy?
I didn't realise they were fried onions. I thought they were crunched up potato chips (crisps...)
That might be a comment on the culinary skills of the people who prepared the 2 or 3 green bean casseroles that I've sampled.
Happy belated Turkey day to you! It looked amazing . . . well, almost all of it!! He he!!
Thanks for the recipe!
You're welcome Daffodilly (says DH, who posted the recipe over at Daffodilly's!)
